Meet Levi Campbell, MS
I am a human services leader, coach, and trainer with nearly a decade of experience in child welfare, leadership development, trauma-informed practice, and relational supervision.
My work centers on one core belief:
People do their best work when they feel supported, psychologically safe, and genuinely valued.
Throughout my career, I have worked across frontline practice, supervision, parent support, advocacy, training, and systems leadership. These experiences have shaped my person-centered approach to leadership and supervision.
I know leadership can feel isolating for new supervisors, especially in high-stress human service environments where leaders are expected to support others while often receiving little support themselves.
My coaching helps leaders build confidence, strengthen relationships, navigate difficult conversations, and lead with greater clarity and humanity without losing the human side of leadership.
My Coaching Focus
  • Building leadership confidence
  • Strengthening professional relationships
  • Navigating difficult conversations
  • Leading with clarity and humanity
  • Sustainable supervision practices

Person-Centered Leadership
In high-stress human service environments, supervision often becomes overly focused on compliance, productivity, and crisis management. While those things matter, people cannot thrive in environments where they constantly feel unseen, unsupported, or emotionally overwhelmed. My coaching approach is grounded in person-centered, relationship-focused leadership — a framework that honors the full humanity of every person on a team.
Relationships Shape Culture
The quality of supervisory relationships directly determines the health of your team's culture — for better or worse.
Psychological Safety Matters
When people feel safe enough to speak honestly, make mistakes, and ask for help, teams become dramatically more effective.
Regulation Enables Leadership
A supervisor's own emotional regulation is the foundation from which all great leadership decisions are made.
Accountability and Empathy Coexist
Strong supervisors hold people accountable with care — not instead of it. Both are necessary for sustainable teams.
Supervision Strengthens People
The purpose of supervision is to help people grow, not simply to monitor performance or manage compliance.

Personalized Reflection Exercises
Thoughtful prompts and leadership reflection tools delivered between sessions to support your growth, deepen self-awareness, and help you apply what you are learning.
Email Support Between Sessions
Limited email access throughout the program for questions, implementation support, and reflections as you practice new leadership approaches in real time.

Coaching topics include: difficult conversations, staff accountability, team trust, burnout prevention, confidence building, emotional regulation, and transitioning from peer to supervisor.

How the Program Is Structured
The three-session arc is intentionally designed to build momentum — starting with self-awareness and identity, moving into relational dynamics, and culminating in sustainable, long-term leadership practices. Each session builds meaningfully on the last.
Session One: Leadership Foundations
We begin by exploring your leadership identity — who you are as a supervisor, what values guide your work, and where your greatest challenges and growth opportunities lie. This session sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Session Two: Relationships, Accountability & Team Dynamics
This session dives into the relational heart of supervision — building authentic trust with your team, navigating difficult conversations with confidence, managing conflict constructively, and strengthening everyday communication.
Session Three: Sustainable Leadership
We close by focusing on the long game — preventing burnout, sustaining your energy and purpose, deepening your confidence, and creating a personalized leadership plan you can carry far beyond the program.

Pilot Program Expectations
The Leadership Pilot Program is offered at no cost — complimentary in every sense. In exchange, participants are asked to show up fully and contribute meaningfully to the refinement of this coaching model. This is a genuine partnership, and your experience directly shapes the future of this work.
This program is designed not only to benefit you as a leader, but also to help refine and strengthen future coaching services for the broader human services community. Your voice and feedback genuinely matter.
What Is Asked of Participants
  • Honest, thoughtful feedback throughout the experience
  • Full participation in all three coaching sessions
  • A brief written or verbal testimonial at program completion
That's it. Your time, your honesty, and your engagement are the only investment required.

This pilot experience is intentionally limited to a very small group to ensure a high-quality, personalized coaching relationship with each participant. Only 3 spots are available.
