Levi's professional experience spans frontline casework, permanency supervision, statewide systems coordination, parent advocacy, and leadership development within public child welfare systems. He has worked closely with professionals navigating emotionally demanding environments where leadership often feels isolating, reactive, and unsustainable.
His coaching approach is practical, reflective, and deeply human — focused not on perfection or performance alone, but on building the internal capacity to lead with steadiness day after day.
