It's for caseworkers, supervisors, and other human-service professionals who want a space for deeper conversations about the work, leadership, supervision, and everything that comes with carrying a caseload or leading the people who do.
You already have enough trainings to attend.
Enough policies to read.
Enough emails waiting for a response.
And probably enough people telling you how you should be doing your job.
You need somewhere to say, 'Today was hard.'
Somewhere to ask, 'Am I looking at this the right way?'
Or somewhere you can just be around people who understand the work without having to explain why it's complicated.
That's what I want this community to be.
